A Weekend Meditation Course

This course is for both those who are new to meditation as well as those with some experience. Meditation is not an end in itself nor is it defined by any particular technique. The intention is more to bring awareness and presence to our experience in a spirit of open enquiry and bring this quality to all aspects of the weekend, whether it be preparing food, working in the garden or just walking and appreciating the beauty of the surroundings. The course will explore experientially different aspects of meditation as well as reading, contemplating and discussing relevant texts. The overall intention is to explore what "Self Knowledge" might mean through the focus of meditation, in a profound and enjoyable way.
