Towards a Unified Vision
A three day Symposium took place at the Chisholme Institute in the Scottish Borders from September 9th-11th, 2009.
Internationally renowned speakers shared their thoughts and experiences with over 150 delegates who had come from every continent (except, perhaps, Antarctica) to participate. It was a wonderful event, blessed by a beautiful setting, much sunshine, music and delicious food.

Welcome and Introduction, by Peter Yiangou
Talk by Peter Young, Principal of the Beshara School
Scilla Elworthy, founder of Peace Direct, gives a personal account of uniting the inner and outer worlds during the Bosnian conflict in 1994.
Senior Indonesian banker, Felia Salim, talks about changing the mindset in Indonesia's banking system, about sustainable development re-learnt from listening to village elders, and about good governance, from a spiritual perspective.
