Description

From the Beshara website:
“What is Beshara?
Beshara is a name for the perspective that there is only one unlimited existence, expressing itself infinitely as a gift of love.
The potential to realise this truth lies within every human heart.
The awakening of this potential is the aim of the education at Beshara.”

Throughout history this “awakening of the potential for perfectibility” of the human being has been the aim of every school of esoteric education no matter how the outward forms differ. The word “esoteric” indicates that in past times this knowledge was often thought of as being for the few, and cultural norms dictated that the true aims had to be kept hidden. In these current times, when the fruition of religions is complete, this quintessential knowledge is becoming available universally and to everyone.

In this seminar we shall explore through conversations and readings how each one of us can nurture and develop this knowledge practically in the contemporary world. The texts used will include extracts from the writings of Ibn ‘Arabi and Bulent Rauf.

Refreshments provided.
